All who applied for EC in October/November please Crib here

Hi,

I applied for EC on 25th Oct from VFS Bangalore.

1)Till now there is no sign of INTEGRA verification checks.
2)ukvisas.INTEGRA website is down since past 2 weeks.
3)Each SMS to 57333 costs Rs 3.
4)After SMSing and calling VFS + emailing BHC, I figured out that there is no way to track application. its Apply-Forget-Pray.
5)No driving license, I hope police dosn't catch me.

However, I do want to find out anyone who got original-documents back before usual 1 month+ period ?

Needless to say that it will be helpful for other October November EC applicants if the readers post their INTEGRA and BHC timelines.

Congratulations adric good to hear tht you got the visa.

Could you please elaborate the timeline. Especially when did integra call ?

For me till now there is not integra verification. What worries me is the fact that people who applied with me at VFS same day(25th oct), got thr integra verification call this monday.

oh! for me yesterday was 10th working day. no verification no calls. But ur timeline exactly matches with the other folks who applied with me same day same place.

Adric, what do u think is happening. all the numbers i wrote in the integra form are working + my employer(since past 3 yrs) is a well known US based firm and my earlier employer was also a very well known US based firm.
Are they not doing verification due to :
1)Incomplete application(of some sort).
2)Unable to contact any of the past employers.

If its a reject do they mark the passport in any way?

recently on 26th Oct I have applied for EC

But I forgot to attach the English meduim certificate which I have previosly submitted to HSMP..

can it leads any issues..

I am afraiding...
and also I have submitted 6 motnhs bank statements rather than one year..

Can anybody help me in this regard

will it help me out....?
I have to pray the GOD.. I have to trave to Dubai once my passport in my hand,even I dont have time to re-appeal...

for reappeal is passport necessary..if how long it will take..

No, I'm afraid. You have done very basic mistake. It clearly needed all evidences you supplied for initial application to attach for EC application.

I guess, appeal takes some time to give out come. But, with this scenario, I don't think, it will be in your favour. If you are lucky, hope for a interview call from them, and if they ask missing documents with it.

It will be better , you reapply. Giving all correct documents.

today is 12th working day since i filed my EC application. I sent a mail to Chennai.VisaEnquiry@fco.gov.uk, I got below reply.

You may wish note that we have received your verification report from Integra. A decision is yet to be made on your application.

No idea when and how integra did its verification.

Does anyone has any idea how much time it takes now to get to a descision.

Shaik .. this is exactly the same update I have.i.e. forwarded to BHC on 26th. I believe it will change to something else only when they hand the documents to blue dart.
Did u have any information about integra verification?

yup, got the visa today. I advice, do write to the BHC, the response time is amazingly quick. they reply on all mails sent. I got to know the duration, etc from them. See below (bottom-up)the reply from them (in bold is the reply from them and the light font is my mail communication:

Hey friends..
I collected my passport from VFS chennai today. Got HSMP stamped for 2 years. Got lots of help from this forum. Thanks to all of your posts, I could successfully get the HSMP approved and EC stamped. Here is my timeline.

Documents Sent to Home Office: 6/9/07
Credit card charged: 7/9/07
Application approved : 18/9/07
Documents received in India: 23/9/07
Applied for EC: 23/10/07
Received visa stamped passport: 15/10/07
