B1 English test for FLR M dpendant of Long residense ILR

Hey ,

Can the Spouse of ILR holder (long resident route) have B1 English http://www.trinitycollege.com/site/?id=3220 rather then A1 for FLR(M). so they can use the same certificate for ILR ?

Does HO accepts Expired certificate as the certificate only valid for 2 years and will be expired by the time of ILR ?

She can use B1 for spouse visa.

No one knows what the requirements will be in 5 years time for ILR.
