Timeline for EEA(FM) Applications made in 2016

Post by Being Immigrant » Thu Mar 17, 2016 11:28 am

Hello,
Has anyone made an EEA(FM) application recently? I want to know what timeline other people are experiencing in terms of deduction of fee, receiving acknowledgement of application, biometric letter, certificate of application letter and ultimately receiving a residence card.

I made my application 3 weeks ago and the payment was taken in the first week but I have not received any correspondence from Home Office. I was wondering what others are experiencing on the same boat.

Thank you!

Hi,

Anyone has received COA? I have not received mine yet. I am getting nervous since the Employer is demanding for COA, they were not able to get a positive nor negative answer from ECS and been told to wait until I received the COA and get back again to ECS for another inquiry.

I applied EFM with a valid FP.

Thanks!

Hello yulis,

According to an agent at the Home Office Helpline for EEA applications, applicants receive their COAs within 10 working days after the biometrics are submitted.

I submitted my application on 1st March.

Hi Being Immigrant,

I hope you will receive the Biometric enrollment letter soon, mine arrived more than 3 weeks after the application submitted and thank you for the info regarding COA. I sent Biometric on 18th, due to Easter holiday it may result in delay presumably, I will try not to stress out myself :D

Hi Everyone,

I was wondering if anyone of you have received a marriage questionnaire or an invitation for marriage interview or an unannounced visit from immigration officers to your home regarding your EEA residence card application?

Hi every1, I made an application for my mother's residence card under EEA FM scheme. My mother lives with me in uk. I sent all the documents on 12th oct and was recieved on 13th oct 2016. I did not get any acknowledgement letter/email and even the fee is not deducted frm my bank account too. Just wondering if any1 else experienced/experiencing same situation?
Regards
