A family member of mine is in the United Kingdom on an EEA2 visa. Her husband is a dual Irish / Canadian citizen. They are both currently living in the UK.
Her husband may take work abroad, which will mean her right to work in the UK will expire. If that does happen, and if she stops working, how long will she have until she has to leave the UK? She is a Canadian citizen.
Can she leave the UK and re-enter as a Canadian tourist for an interim time?
