NHS Surcharge

Hi

I am filling out online application for my wife and son to apply for PBS dependant visa, I am on ILR via Tier1 General, the total payable amount is only coming as £100 when it should be £600.

Dont know what to do, Their visa expires on 4april, i am trying to send out supporting documents by post tomorrrow.

Dont know what to do, any help appreciated.

What exactly have you selected for duration etc of visa.

Hi Cr001

It only asked about main applicant visa route and Date of Birth.

It also asked for dependent visa expiry date, visa route and Date of Birth.

It did not ask for expiry of main applicant.
