Indian Tourist Visa-query

Hi All,

My wife has recently been naturalized. She is planning to travel to india on tourist on visa and will later apply for OCI from india.

In the application form, what should we enter for the below questions:

PREVIOUS/CURRENT VALID VISA DETAILS

Last Indian visa no./Current valid india visa no.?

Type of previous visa?

Place of issue?

Date of issue?

Hi,

I have bèen to VFS goswell centre today to apply for my wife's tourist visa. The lady at the counter forgot to attach the declaration form with the application. We have just realized about this. Should i go back to the centre and submit the form tomorrow. Will they accept the declaration form separately?
