visitor visa from India ...rejection ....

Hello all

i applied my family visitor visa from India and they reject my brother application.

They approved my parents application.

My brother is disable,non earning and single guy.

ECO says in letter that he is not happy with my brother situation ...three objection 1) will not return India 2) not enough fund( i show more than £10000.00 in my bank statement ) and 3) you are not look genuine visitor.

can somebody guide me should i apply again?how should i apply? after how many days after should i applied?

Your brother, the applicant needs to answer those questions. What is his age?

What proof of strong ties to India did your brother give?

he is 27 years old with disability.....he is single and not earning money....
