Permanent Residence: 2 applied only 1 payment taken

Post by Kasiauk » Thu Jun 16, 2016 2:46 pm

Hi,

I am from Poland lived in England with my husband for nearly 12 years. Last week I' ve send EEA PR application form for both of us. Home Office received my application on 10.06.16. On Monday 13.06.16 payment has been taken just for one person (£65). I called Home Office following day and I have been told that there is more than one person dealing with applications thats why full payment wasn't taken. I am a bit concerned that my application may be invalid.

Please advise

To avoid confusion & jumbled responses, I have moved your question to its own thread (this one).

Judging from a personal experience they will return your application after a month saying that tere was a problem with the payment !!
Just an evil method to exasperate people!
