OCI for new born - questions

Hi
We have the following questions for our new born baby's OCI application. Would be grateful if someone could answer.

Our situation

Father - on ILR since 2015
Mother - ILR dependent since 2015
Baby - Born in UK post ILR ( hence British by Birth)


We have uploaded the following document as proof online
- Marriage certificate
- baby's Birth certificate


- Do we need to upload father and mothers Passport and UK visa online or a hard copy self attested is sufficient ?
- Do we need to submit original passport of baby during OCI form submission ?
- Do we need to submit original passport of parents (Indian passport) during OCI form submission ?
- I am asking this questions as we have travel plans to india in 2 months time hence checking the flexibility.
- Link to book an appointment at VFS to submit the documents ?

- A hard copy self attested
- They will ask for baby's British passport, but they will return it after scanning into their system-
- No, you don't, but I would recommend you to carry pleas.
- They will return all the original passport immediately

Thanks a lot...! Much appreciated. Below is my final check list of documents I have for next week appointment. Could you please give a quick look and confirm if I am missing something ?

Printed application form - 2 colour copies
Baby passport - original + 2 copies
Birth certificate - original + 2 copies
Parents marriage certificate - original + 2 copies
Father passport - original + 2 copies
Mothers passport - original + 2 copies
Fathers BRP - original + 2 copies
Mothers BRP - original + 2 copies
Baby photos - 2 photos
