MN1 form (Referee's) query

Dear Forum Members

I need some guidance regarding MN1 referees

I am going to apply for my daughter naturalisation next week, on the form in referees section, it says 1 should be the one linked to child like teacher, GP or health visitor. My daughter is 1 year old.

I contacted GP and health visitors they said they can't do it

She is not going to school so can't go to teachers

Can some one help me what to do in this situation pls

If you can't find a professional who engages with the child then suggest choose one who knows you and the child.
