Query regarding Insurence Policies

Hi,

do I need two send the original documents for investment policies also (life insurance, public Provident Fund, etc.. ) ?

do I need to send only the policy, OR premium receipts OR both ?

You just need to provide surrender value certificates for your insurance policies which you can ask from your insurance company.

but original OR photocopy?

The insurnce policy will not have surrender value on it. So you should get a seperate surrender value certificate from your insurance company.

This certificate will give you the value of your accumulation in the policy till date.
