50k route Tier 1 Entrepreneur Extension Received Successfull

Hi All,

I just received my Tier 1 entrepreneur visa extension.

My timeline:

Applied: July 15, 2016
Biometrics: Aug 2, 2016
Health Surcharge Reimbursed - August 26
Approval Letter Date: August 26, 2016
Letter Received along with all documents: Sept 2, 2016
Biometric Card : 5th Sept

I’ve applied myself, just by going through this forum and the guidance document. This forum is a gold mine, but just need to dig deep to find all the valuables you want Thanks for all in this forum who helped me, and special thanks to Zimba88 for patiently answering all our questions.

Congratulations on your extension. Am on 50k route and my extension is due in Nov 2016, can you please help me with few queries

1. Is your business in loss/profit ?
2. Can you please list all the documents you submitted to HO
3. Did you transfer 50k in one go ?
4. Did you submitted all 3yrs business bank statements?

Application form with two photographs, passport and BRP

Annual Accounts
Accountants Report & accounts for financial years 2012-13, 2013-14 and 2014-15;
Management accounts for financial year 2015-16

Investment
a. Identifiable transaction in the company bank statement
b. Investment confirmation letter from accountant

Evidence of investment in the UK business
a. Printout of Companies House doc showing registered Office in UK
b. Company Business Account recent statement
c. HMRC Corporation Tax CT600 Forms for years 2012-13, 2013-14 and 2014-15

Companies House evidence for Directors of the company
Current appointment report
Recent Filing history page

Job Creation
HMRC online Real time information (RTI)
Real Time-Full Payment Submissions (Monthly)
Employee Pay slips (wages slips)
Accountant letter confirming net job creation
P60
P45
P11 deductions working sheets
P32
Both employees’ passport copies
EPS

Maintenance Funds
Personal Bank Statement for Maintenance funds

3. Did you transfer 50k in one go ?
I've raised the money from a Venture capital firm, and yes they transferred the money in one go.

4. Did you submitted all 3yrs business bank statements?
Nope, one year statement since the investment date and one month recent statement for address proof
