Excellent, glad for you.

Did you apply alone or was there any dependent application too ?

In FLR FP my wife was as dependent. When applied ILR I was submitted my application alone. Today they sent her docs along with my docs. In docs she got back her BRP which was valid until July 2018. Basically we applied FLR-FP before curtailment of our visas. So we did not got curtailed our visas.

29th June 2016. As soon as my sponsor informed to the UKVI, I applied FLR-FP (me and wife both) without waiting for curtailment letter. So now, after my ILR they returned her same BRP valid until July 2018.

Hi Everyone,

By the grace of Allah the almighty, I am pleased to share that my ILR application has been approved after 3 months. It was a pailful journey but finally the wait is over.

I would like to thank everyone who have contributed their time & knowledge. It will be my honour to give back to the forum, should any one of you have a particular query, please fire away !
