According to SOC Code Book

Hi Premc,

It will not be successful because it clearly states £40,300 and that is for 39 hours per week.

So depending upon your hours per week it needs to be more or exact amount.

As my company is small scale business they can pay only 32k now and increase to 36k after one year.

Thanks

Today,

(November 3), the Home Office has laid before Parliament a package of changes to the Immigration Rules.

Tier 2

Earlier this year we announced reforms to the route for skilled workers, following recommendations made by the Migration Advisory Committee’s review. The main changes in the rules being published today are:

Increasing the Tier 2 (General) salary threshold for experienced workers to £25,000, with some exemptions.

According to this rule the for experienced worker they need to pay minimum of £25000 to get a tier 2 General Visa.

No. This means, any one who is applying for extension or applying at experienced rate will need to be paid at least 25k or the experienced rate of that soc code, whichever is greater
Before there were some codes which had experienced rate of 23k.
This threshold is increasing to 30k next year spring.
