asylum fresh claim refused

hi, we as family submmited further submission in oct 2016 now we got letter for biomectic does this mean they will grant us leave now

Not necessarily. The request for biometrics is the first stage of the processing procedure before the Case Worker makes an assessment on the application.

Yes we did submitted further submission in Liverpool. My lawyer said he thinks we should get leave to remain bcz two of my brother are under 18 and they hv spend more then 7 years in UK

I think it depends which country you are from or the documens you provided ...did your solicitor tell how long it will take to get the decision?

The Question will be whether it will be reasonable to expect them to leave the UK.

I am fedup about the UKVI and the courts treatment of the 7 years route.

However i wish you all the best. It is positive that the further submission has reaped dividend.

it is good news fisal. ..HO didn't take long time to reply which is not expected in asylum fresh claims cases...the question is why they didn't give 5 years leave under protection?

hi faisal ,good to know you's got leave to remain,i have a question ,do people get right to work during application /after asylum granted? also how did you /your under 18 brothers enter/stay as,did they have no visa...
