Hi all is there a NHS fee for 6 months fiancé visa?

No, IHS fee is only required if the visa is more than 6 months

The NHS surcharge of £600 is payable when your spouse switches to FLR(M) once you are married.

Bear in mind that there is no free access to NHS facilities while on a fiance visa and private medical insurance is recommended as any NHS treatment will be charged at 150% of the cost.

Thanks guys, do I still need to obtain an IHS number at time of application for fiancé visa or do I just omit?

do advice if husband wants to to apply again visa which was curtailed for spouse (wife) is there any possibility the curtailed visa wife will get grant for another visa?
