Wage slips signed and stamped?

Post by pyke » Sat Jan 26, 2008 3:34 am

Hi,

I was wondering if it's simply a signature and the general company stamp? Or should it be a specific stamp for example a HR department stamp? Should there also be the person's designation and name?

From my experience, it can be a general company stamp, the name and designation of the person signing is a good idea but I am not sure it's necessary.

thanks, that's a relief. my HR simply used the general company stamp and signed it without including the designation and name of the person signing it. I was going to add it myself but there isn't much space left.
