Dependent child of 18 year old and ILR

Hi All
Currently I am on Tier 2 visa with my family till Jan 2019 and I am planning to apply for ILR on 10 year in end of June 2017.
I am planing for same day service but recent road offence looks like I may apply in post.

My question is;
my son will be 18 in this sep 2017. If i got my ILR after this so how can I change my son visa to ILR dependent visa.

Please advise:)
