Reentry visa fee exemption

Post by travelling-show » Mon May 15, 2017 4:42 pm

I am hoping to apply for a reentry visa.

I believe my case is fee-exempt as it falls under the EU law "Dependant over 21 and dependent parents of EEA/EU/Swiss nationals or their spouses" and requires an affidavit to confirm dependence, etc.

Please could you clarify if the exemption if from all visa fees or if the exemption only applies to emergency visa fees as I am note clear from the website guidance

Hi , if you're a eu fam holder you're exempted from re entry visa . That means you don't need re entry visa to enter the state . Thanks

Hello,

You definately need re-entry if you have temporary stamp but you dont have to pay if you have but you dont have to pay if you provide affidavit.

Advise : DON'T LEAVE COUNTRY WITHOUT RE-ENTRY.

If you have 5 Year Stamp 4 then you dont require re-entry.
