Please need info

My daughter will be 5 next month and was born here in d uk in 2012. She applied for eea residence card as family member of her grandmom in 2015 and was given. My question is can she apply for PR next month when she is 5 yrs or she as to wait till 2020 to apply and also does she have to prove she is living in the same household as her grandma for the continous period of 5 yrs. Grandma as PR already.

Nobody seems to help out here

I suppose that she may apply for confirmation of PR, as a family member of her grandmother. What are her parents' status?

Thanks for the reply. Her mom is also a family of her mother too. I currently don't have any status here so I an really banking on my daughter if it's posSible to get PR when she is 5 next month.

I think you should bank on the child's mother acquiring PR status and registering the child as British.

If the child get PR status, that will not assist you at all, unless the child is 7 years old, otherwise exception 1 will not be engaged in your case.

Thanks. My daughter's mother and I where never married, just dated. So r u saying I can not be considered even if I have a child who as acquired PR? not even DL or LOTR. Is there nothing I can hang on?

It will help more, if the mother applies for PR.
