Tier 2 Gen extension with dependent(ISC exempt): Approved

Hope my experience with VISA process may help someone to apply after recent changes from 6th April 2017.

My employer assigned me CoS with ISC exempt. After reading posts on this forum I have asked the employer to write a brief description in CoS(included my daily responsibilities, skills and brief about day to day tasks). The employer did minor mistake in CoS which they corrected by describing it in the note section.

Booked premium service, and got an appointment the same date my visa was expiring which was scary. I reached center 9 am, submitted document and received a confirmation withing 3 hours.

With application I have attached:
1. Passports (main applications, dependent)
2. Biometric card (main applications, dependent)
3. Passport photos (2 each, main applications, dependent)

Other documents:
1. Salary slips for last 6 months
3. P60 forms
5. Bank Statement
6. Marriage Certificate
7. Master Degree Certificate and Transcript (UK degree)
8. Tenancy agreement

I made a minor mistake during online application process which I realize after submitting, so I corrected manually on a printed copy and wrote a cover letter stating same.

My employer gave me digital P60 on email, can we submit the printout of it?

Congratulation for your visa extension. Im planning to go for my extension soon.

My question is since showing maintenance fund is not necessary on visa extension, why did you submit bank statement? It is just to make sure im not doing mistake.

From my post, none of the "other document" is required.

I just wanted to make sure to provide case worker with all the information they could possibly need, which was to avoid them putting my application on hold and asking employer some question which can be avoided with some extra information.
