I Called UK Visas and Immigration after looking below details but they charged me £20 flat rate for one call.
Is it any face same problem? I was total on call for 5 min.

Hi. I called and had to pay a flat fee of £20.got thought to "Steve" who was very slow had to repeat my self several times .I think it was to keep me on line for longer. Was not helpful as he could not find my wife details at all,even thought I had given him our case reference no. He then took my wife details and size he needs to do this as all case have been completed .my settlement case was put in January 2017 !!!

They charge a pre-authorised amount of £20 to your chosen card before the call, but you will notice that after a few days it will be actual amount.

I have used the service twice initially there was a £20 charge then it got reduced to the £5-10.

Nearly experienced the same thing.
One couldn't speak English properly, sounded as Brazilian. The other one was taking as if he really wanted to charge my card. Even put me on hold,for what, I have to idea.
But did you get your refund at lease please?

Did anyone got their refund after the call or are they still playing dead? Anyone please.
And how long after the call you received your refund please?
