Need help on citizenship application date

Hi guys

For exemple if got a letter confirming your stamp 4 (EU) on the 26 December and only got a stamp on the passport on the 31 december 2012

can you apply for citizenship on the 26 December 2017? or must wait 31 December 2017.

The guidelines say that you can use letter granting a permit for specific period to cover additional periods. Does it apply to this case?

Remember that letter are also needed to close gaps when you get your EU4FAM were delayed.

can we use it to close those extra 5 days in regard to citizenship application and apply early

Hi Bro, shouldn't be a problem I think -- By the time they start assessing your application, 5 days gap is going to be passed already by then.
Plus, some people do not get the stamp on their passports for a couple of months due to several issues and they also prove their dates with the help of the letter that they get from INIS.

The temporary Stamp 4 that they give us, while assessing our application, counts for naturalisation as well, right?

Yes . Definitely. Temporary stamp will count towards naturalisation application.

technically the letter granting you permission do count.
personal opinion: if its only five days just wait it out.
