changes to spouse visa rules in light of SC judgement 20 ju

My wife visa is refused.Reasons for refusal are
Could not mention the name of 5th person in my workplace
How I am working in 2 places on Friday
How did I get my application
Please can someone advise me shall I apply once the new rules become clear or go for this appeal
Which one is the best option.?
Can some experience people comment on my situation.your help will be greatly appreciated

Is it entry clearance or Leave to remain?

They seem to be using that as a basis for refusing people who get a second job with an employer with little profile.

As the Home office has accused you of fraud, it will be on them to prove that fraud has indeed been committed.

If they accuse you of Fraud, then only an appeal will resolve it, or they decide to withdraw. Re-applying will not resolve it.

There is little you are able to do at this juncture re: proving your credibility. Dependent upon the reason(s) for refusal you could submit a further letter with evidence rebutting the reason(s) given by the ECO for not granting the visa.
