Documents needed for Permanent Residence Card after ROR

Hi all,
What documents is needed for Permanent Residence Card after retained of rights? Applicant is an older dependant, child of non EEA national who has also retained their rights after divorce.
I would like to know all the necessary docs so PR app is successful at once.
