Where did you Apply, UK or abroad?

What is the start and expiry date of your first spouse visa and the second spouse visa?

What is your full uk immigration history?

No matter the amount of time it took for HO to sort out your case, to apply for ILR, 5 years must have passed since the start date of your visa before you apply. or no earlier than the 28 days rule from the time of completing 5 years.

You clearly are not understanding what I am asking.

List all the visas you have held since coming to the UK.

What does your visa you have now say exactly?
