Help required please, Set O to Set LR variation.....

Hi all,

I just got a small query. I want to vary my set O to set LR. Can I apply 28 days before or only after exact date of 10 year completion. I would be thankful if someone can guide me.

Anytime within 28 days before reaching 10 years residence. This is counted from the date you entered the uk.
