NON EEA PR REFUSED HELP NEEDED

Hi All applied for NON eea Pr after retain of right

Receive refusal:5/08/2017
Reason of refusal is: Didn't supply my ex wife identity.

When I call on helpline they didn't advise me of this Plus I'm divorced how can I proved my ex identity and I already have ROR anyone can help and advise me on this pls what shall I do as I don't have right of appeal and I still have Ror remaining.

If your ex changed her nationality then you have to show her ID.
If her nationality is unchanged since you retained rights then this is strange decision.
Do you have any idea about your ex nationality?

Why!!! Did you supply your ex payslips and bank statement during
the period you were married to her.
This is very strange.....

On the reason of refusal says you fail to provide your x wife current valid Eea id.
I have supplied all the relevant documents along the decree absolute. Since divorce in 2014 I'm not in touch with my ex wife how can I obtain her if it's stupid they ask me to put new application along her ID.

Refusal says evidence required your x wife EEA sponsor identity as you failed to provide this evidence I don't meet the eea regulation 2006 they only referring to her identity. Previously I obtain my retain to right from court still this.

In 2014 my Retain to right was refused I appeal and won the appeal and had my visa in 2015 for another 5 years my or refusal not making sense to me when we are not longer living together how can I provide them with her identity/passport.

This is completely unlawfull. i have read several time in this forum that once divorce you do not need your ex ID. You should send a letter to the caseworker asking for reconsideration and pointed out your cirumpstances as a divorce person who is no longer in touch with EX. You would have thought that this is common sense, but these case worker honestly pfff. Hope that some of the Guru on the forum direct you in the right direction with the correct law to be added in your reconsideration letter.

I have written covering letter with my allocation explaning the situation since 2010 until 2017 I mention clearly when I got divorced when I had my retain to right I was trying to search under what rules or regulation I been refused for Pr but unable to find anything in guidance or ukvi website.

Go and look for a solicitor to help you write to them if you can afford it or use diy through the EU casework instructions.

Out of curiosity, what did you write on the form where it ask you to provide your ex ID?

I wrote we are divorced and not in touch since divorce.

Did you send your ex documents too ? Or only of yourself

Nothing from my ex. I and you are no longer dependant on our ex-spouse for documents/immigration status.

I don't have contact with my ex for 5-6 years. Everything I sent was on my own merit/on my name.

When you had your retain to right ?
