MN1 Application Submitted and Tier 1 (G) Dependent Expiry

Post by uktierone » Wed Aug 16, 2017 10:49 am

Dear Experts

I have submitted my UK born child MN1 application recently. He is currently on Tier 1 (G) Dependent visa which is due to expire in September'2017.

Knowing the long processing time frame for MN1 application and with an assumption we have no travel plans.

a. Do you suggest we should extend his visa ?

b. Is it valid for him to be in the UK with an expired Tier 1 (G) Dependent Visa ?

Regards

No issue if the visa expires I less you have travel plans.
