ILR Long Residence

Hi Experts,

i am completing 10 years in UK on 28th June 2018. but my tier 2 visa expires on 15 June 2018. will i be eligibale to apply for ILR under long residence route ? or do i have apply for tier 2 extension and then apply for ILR ?

please advice.

You do not need to have any further T2 extensions. You can apply on 1st June 2018 in person.

i will not be having a valid visa the day i am completing my 10 years. will that be an issue ?

You're eligible to apply 28 days prior to completing your 10 years. So as @makky86 said you can apply on 1st June 2018 in person using premium service.
