BRP Card Delivery time

Hi Guys ! I had applied via Premium Service in Solihull Birmingham and received Tier 2 visa approval letter for myself/family dated 5th July 2016 and also recieved return of passports in same envelope however BRP cards not yet arrived.On 15th July I, e-mailed home office automated system for Not receiving BRP Cards within 10 days and recieved automated response that i will get an answer within 5 days however not yet received any answer from them.Any body having the same problem and what is the solution ? Any Telephone numbers of Home office / BRP department ? Any body who can help with Query ?
