BRP Card Delivery time

hello I receive a letter on the 25 august 2017 saying I should receive my card withing 15 working day and yet I don't receive it I try to contact but no phone nothing I conctact them by mail they say to contact the case worker but again no phone no name nothing to contact him and I don't him my case reference is 022328175

please help me to have a number someone when u call home office they ask u to press a set of number then tell u is not home office

Have you contacted DX Couriers to find out?
