You will need a property inspection report to prove the property is not overcrowded if you are in shared accommodation. This is in addition to a letter from your landlord stating your partner and child can stay with you in the room.

Ok

According to to link you posted, even with the property inspection report UKBA would still contact the local council to confirm the property is not overcrowded ? That will delay the process ?

UKVI do their checks for every detail you provide.

To avoid delay in check for overcrowding you can get a new property as sole occupant.

Ok,

It seems having own place is quicker route. Now would a studio flat would be enough ? Or It needs a full one bed room flat ?

I have found a 1 bed room flat which will be solely occupied by me. Now the tenancy agreement will start from first of December and am planning to submit my application next week, my corresponding address will be my current address.

So would UKVI will have issues, that the place where I intend to live with my spouse, i will move in at a future date ?

You will need a property inspection report for the current property.

Yes because you are sharing a property with other people.

Ok now for a studio flat, does the size of flat matters ? Because some of them are very small.

So as long as a studio flat covers area of 50 sq feet, its fine for husband, wife and 8 months old child ?
