Tier 2 visa application with dependents

Hello,
I would be applying for a tier 2 general visa next month (waiting on COS) from an A rated sponsor
My wife (Indian national) and child would be applying with me as dependents.
I had a few doubts with regards to the documents required for visa application
1. Does my wife need to have police clearance from her home country (she has not lived in India for the past 10 years, only visited twice for a month or so) for her application? We do have police clearance from the countries she has lived for the past ten years.
2. We have been married and living together for almost 10 years and have a baby girl, do we still need to provide proof of subsisting marriage such as pictures, whatsapp chat and so on?

1 no , only required for main applicant, that too only in cerain soc code jobs.
2. Not if you are applying at the same time. But still include marriage certificate, birth certificate of child etc. no need to add other docs.

I had another doubt regarding TB test, my wife has been living in Oman for the past two years. Oman isnt in the list of countries that require TB test.
According to https://www.gov.uk

You won’t need a TB test if any of the following apply:

you’re a diplomat accredited to the UK
you’re a returning UK resident and haven’t been away for more than 2 years
you lived for at least 6 months in a country where TB screening is not required by the UK, and you’ve been away from that country for no more than 6 months

So would the last point apply to her? Should she write a cover letter explaining why she is exempted?

According to my experience( 2013), VFS asked TB screening certificate though I went India for Tier 2 G entry clearance and applied within 7 days( I was in the UK for 2 years before).
For the child, no need x-ray but the certificate is required.

I am not sure how it works now, someone with recent experience should clarify this.
If you apply without it, please update outcome, it will helpful for others.
