Tier 4(student) to Tier 5 Government Authorised Exchange

Hello there

Just getting a bit worried and hopeless abt my visa application and wondering whether anyone has any insight about the situation I am in and the next steps I should take. I'm switching from a Tier 4 student visa to Tier 5 GAE.

So
Tier 5 GAE appliacation with CoS 4 September
BRP letter 11 september
Completed BRP 13 September
Expiration of student visa 31 October
No confirmation email from Sheffield and
No news since then ...
Today - starting 9th week no news (beyond published service standard)
Call centre says wait a few more days for potential postage delay.

Call centre says last update of application was on 5th September

am I screwed????
Pls help!!
