Do I need NOC from Landlord or estate agent for Tier 2 dependant

Hello friends,
i am applying for my wife's dependant visa,
I am living in two bedroom flat which is rented from estate agent, Do I need to get NOC certificate from estate agent to submit along visa application. ?

it is not required but you better to provide your tenancy agreement to HO where your dependent going to reside.

many thanks for response. yes I am going to provide them tenancy agreement I thought if NOC needed as I saw in the forum sometime people have mentioned to submit NOC,
I am going to apply with tenancy agreement only for now.
