Guys I need Help Please !!!!!!!!!

HI i am new to this forum so i will be brief.
after a Skype interview i received an offer from the mentioned company in the attached offer letter, an agency ( third party) based in UAE posted the job and i applied.
this was on 25 of July 2017 ( supposed to start working on 28 of august 2017) but due to some BREXIT rules the company had to submit documentations abiding to said rules.
now every time i contact the third party she says application filed ( Critical skills ) and will get to know soon from the DJEI . ( i only signed the offer letter but they did not send any forms for me to sign regarding the application for the work permit)
my question is do we sign before or after they file the application with the fees. Guys i am worried ( 3+ months waiting after wiring them the money )
PS: I verified the company registration number and they exist.

Why would Brexit have anything to do with immigration to Ireland?? Brexit affects the UK not Rep of Ireland.

How much did you pay and what exactly have you paid for?

I suspect you have maybe been scammed.

I paid the 1000 Euros due to the DJEI and a half a fee of consultancy to the recruitment agency ( second half after i get the VISA)

Certainly in UK, and most likely Ireland too, it's illegal for recruiters/agents to charge candidates for their services.

the recruiter is based in UAE ( supposed to be a professional immigration service provider) , the thing is the employer is registered in IRELAND , i did include It in the post but it was removed.

Hi , I can confirmed that you have being scammed. this same happened to a family friend of mine 3 months ago . forget about chasing shadow.

You not been scammed the special skill visa costs 1000 euros be patient the visa takes time
