Dear Users,
I am currently on Tier 2 working as a Qualified Chartered Accountant. I recently got my licence to practice for public as well from my Chartered Accountancy body. I want to know if I can register a company and do supplementary employment for up to 20 hours per week as an employee of my own company on weekends and evenings ? Can I be the director and 100 % shareholder of my own company to do supplementary employment ?
The work I will do through my own company will be exactly the same for which I am on Tier 2 visa. Please advise.
