EEA 2 FM Application - Translated document

Hi guys,

As part of my husband's EEA2 FM application I need to send my previous marriage divorce certificate which is in Portuguese. I am trying to get it translated at a reasonable cost and need to send the application asap. Would the home office accept the digital version of the translation? Or does it have to be the hard copy? Just because delivery costs and times are long... Any ideas?
