EU1A form - review waiting time?

Hi everyone i have just joined this forum and its my first post.
Basically i submitted RC card application as permitted family member in october 2016 (form EU1A) and my RC application was refused after 8.5 months on 8th july 2017 and submitted a review application on 27th july 2017 and have been waiting since then.
I was just wondering how long does it take to get the reply from Inis? Anyone on the same boat?

Hey I m on same boat too. May I know why they refused your application and what documents you included with application???

They redusedvmy application too and I applied review on august 2017. They said my documents is not enough.
But I sent them
1. 6 months Irish house agreement and 12 joint bills.
2. 1 year tenancy confirmation with 36 separate bills like bank statement,gp, revenue, credit union letters.
3. Another 1 year only 20 letters all separate for both like gas bill, bank, credit union, revenue, gp.
4. 2 years baby birth certificate.

You sent too many documents can't beleive they refused your application too. I think they are just not approving any more applications.
They refused mine and the objection was that the documents to prove "dependency" were not enough.
I submitted about 9 months of westren union and bank transfer receipts from my brother's account to my account. Got the acknowledgement letter after 5 days but since then its been 4 months and still no reply yet.
Someone told me that they are taking around 10-12 months.

Hi....tnx for reply....I M very anxious bcz idiots case workers killing time , money , brain. I am surprised that 4 different person sent me 4 different letters with all nonsense query against my application. They must get punishment for their dearly beloved behaviour !

Yes totally agree with you, looks like they don't care at all about what we are going through they should atleast give us a reply either positive or negative so that we can plan ahead. I met another person from pakistan today and he told me that he got a reply of review after almost 12 months and they refused it again. Now he is thinking about going to Judicial review but again that means another 1 year.

Some of them are idiot for genuine client but good for dodgy cases. Those idiots ruining genuine applicants life.

Hello....applied review on September and still waiting. First application submit on July 17 but they refused no temporary and give review option. They said they are looking January cases now!!!!!!!

January cases whatt!!! So we are in queue for abother long year. What are they up to ?? Seriously getting really depressed!!!!

They said to me via email that they are looking January cases at this moment. And my case is on the queue. My calculation at least 9 months have to wait from review submitted date

Hi , i hada meeting with a solicitor in Limerick city and he told me that the maximum time for a review is 11 months and he said it can be anywhere between 5 - 11 months.
Hope they speed up the process.

Hi anybody knows that when someone refused temporary and is on review decision then department will issue 5 years stamp 4 or temporary ???? How long they take time for unmarried couple review decision????? Is it full one year or less?????

Hi saad, what the department said for You? Any lawyer engage with your case?

Yeah i submitted my review in july 2017... My solicitor is in Limerick and he said we can't do anything but wait and hope for the best.

Saad department refuse someone case then he have to go for court of appeal or he can apply fresh application with new evidence???? Your case partner or brother basis?? But so far I know review is 6 month maximum.

Thanks for reply saad. What about unmarried partner eu1a review timeline maximum? Is that same 10 months or less??

Bloli they must give you further temp stamp until decision made. Which case did you apply spouse or unmarried? How long you are waiting?

I applied for EU3 permanent residency so far no response 8 months . We were on suffiscient funds (Spouse scholarship + me full time job + health insurance ) but they requested to translate some of our bank account as she was getting money scholarship from her country (many pages would have cost us many thousands EU) so we could provide that we only translate the pages where the money come in. Address on that her home country account is also clearly ireland and all transactions in ireland,
Also they were kind of asking a lot of question about spouse study and presence in the state (she was studying online in her country and travelling 3 days per month for exams never more than 3 days in a months)
I am getting my self ready to submit review if needed . As i got citizenship approval in february (but my temp visa expires 1 month before ceremony , also i dont know what kind of answer i will get from INIS),

I am prepare with option B and just ensuring that i can get some sort of resident permit (in case they reject for lack of documents or whatever ) until i have a chance to be invited for a ceremony.

Hii saad , got 5 years approval as permitted family member after 5 months review . My temp visa was denied when I made application, but on review i got 5 years approval

Thank GOD so much that we finally got someone's application approved.. Many many congrats im so happy for you that at least someone got the visa ..
You case was as an unmarried couple. Right?
And did you submit the review application through a solicitor or by yourself..

Saad , yes my application was unmarried partner. First application submitted by myself and rejected very badly as they said my paperwork very poor and relationship not genuine. Secondly made review through solicitor and got approval after 5 months for 5 years straightway.
