Paper pre hearing review

My wife's Hearing is coming in three weeks time but they also least it down for paper Pre Hearing review, My question is , is it common for spouse appeals to be listed for Paper pre hearing review ?

Why was she refused?

subsisting relationship , ecm review was with held because the ecm said the document submitted with the appeal were still at the embassy and my solicitor did not send all the document

Okay. I think you should be fine if you've sent enough evidence of your relationship eg proof of correspondence, tickets of dates and romantic get together, letters from friends speaking on the relationship etc When did she apply, and when did you appeal?

oh since june 2016 was refuse in August and the appeal was in October 2016
