Registering second company after extension

Registering second company after extension

Hi

I got my extension recently and planning to register another training and recruitment consultancy company (first is management consultancy and is used for nvestment and job creation for extension and will be used for ILR)
Is there any issue with that as far as I understand it is allowed to do multiple businesses at the same time.

No issues. Do as many businesses as you want.

I know many entrepreneurs who have 5+ companies. No issues.
