Call from Liverpool

I missed a call today from a number in Liverpool. Im not sure if it HO
Applicants that have received calls HO, was the number visible or was it Private

If i try ring back the number, it just end after a few seconds.

HO calls are always private. And they will leave you a voice message if you miss a call from them. Be careful of scammers posing to be HO.
