Hi,
i hope you can give me answer.
Present work in Germany.
I took unpaid leave between 11 May 2007 until 31 October 2007.
Earning table (gross salary) is following in EUR

Feb 07 6136
Mrz 07 16122
Apr 07 4315
Mai 07 1518
Jun 07 -202
Jul 07 0
Aug 07 0
Sep 07 0
Okt 07 0
Nov 07 3730
Dez 07 4110

TOTAL 59971

Am i eligible to count 12 months with gaps inside 15 months periods?

I can ask letter from my company regarding my period of unpaid leave.
