NHS Services While Visa is Processing

Hello everyone!

I am currently switching from a Tier 4 visa to a Tier 2 one, and just wanted to double check if I am still eligible to use NHS services?

My Tier 4 has technically expired (as in the date on the visa, but my Tier 2 application was submitted before this date), and I am still waiting on my Tier 2 visa to be approved. I have to go to the doctor as am feeling ill but I am worried that they might charge me for it.

Can someone advise?
