I want apply permanent Residence Card base on Retention Rights Divorce with Eu citizen
So any one cab update me what documents I should have to submitted with along permanent Residence card application ?

Hi usman,

All documents you were living together P60, P21, payslips , bills , residential lease, PRTB, lanlord letter etc.
Very important after divorce ( eu spouse employment contract or letter with full terms and conditions, payslips during divorced start / decree,
Valid GNIB updated.
All above my own experienced

How we gonna get these all things once we divorce nothing left after.
If you read your Retention approval letter they didn't Asked any thing about your ex when we need to apply Eu3
So any one can clear this point plzzz

Below is the reply from INIS that I received:

Thank you for your email.

You indicate you have already been granted retention of your residence
card. In respect of your EU3 application for permanent residence in the
State you should include supporting documentation to show your own
activities in the State for a the last few years and your current
activities in the State. You are required to demonstrate that you are
currently in gainful employment in the State.

Please quote your Person ID in any email or letter you send to this office
in respect of your application. This allows this Unit to easily identify
your application.

I think that they can also ask for further information in some cases. So I think you can send them your own details first and then see if they ask for any other information or not.
