Speeding ticket

I am going to apply for "naturaliation" in next few weeks. I had a FPN (SP30) notice 18months ago. 3 penelty points added in to my licence counterpart and I accepted and pay £100 penelty straightaway. Does it need to be mentioned in the naturaliation application form(section 3.1)? I am highly appreciated your responce on this matter please.

Yes, you need to mention it.
