IHS Refund

Dear All.

With valuable advice of admins/members, my wife's flr M was approved, she switched from Tier1 PBS to Flr M.
though she had valid pbs visa till dec 2018 and so paid IHS till dec 2018 previously.
We asked caseworker in cover letter with FLR M application to refund any overlapping IHS but nothing has received.

Can anyone advice how to get that IHS refund??
its for 2 of them wife and daughter abt £800 altogether.

Anyhelp will be Appreciated..
