Urgent Help Needed !!!

Hello Gurus,

I am on ILR (10 Year basis) my lil daughter she is british national (passport) and my wife is still on Tier 1- Ent dependent. and she wants to travel so i would like to ask would be any problem on arrival / coming back to UK ? or needs to first get spouse visa. then she can travel ?

She should apply for FLR(M) before traveling.

Thanks CR001 . i am stuck for my company's financial year. as we both me and my partner taking salaries from own company. we have to show 12 months payslip isnt it ?

She may qualify for FLR(FP) , based on your circumstances.

hello obie,

thanks for your kind suggestion. just a bit confused about FLR (FP) . i mean my wife, she is here since 2015 . i believe FLR (FP) is 10 years route. so the period she is been here like 2 and half years that will be counted or the clock will start from zero ?

Hello Gurus,

Please i need your help to clarify the queries. i got ILR in 2017. and my wife she is still in Dependent PBS . i want to switch her visa to FLR M . as i am taking taking salaries from my own company since May 2017. and my wife is on payroll in my own company too. we both taking part time salaries. so just need to know do i need to submit 6 month pay slips or 12 months ? and wot other documents of the company i will need to submit. i am planing to go on premium service.

please gurus need your guidance in that .
