Do I have an endless bail ??

Good evening to every one, not sure is this is right topic for me.
Short story: in 2011 I have been granted bail from detention, without any surities with Section 4 address, because it was too long and i applied a Judical Rewiev about Unlawful detention, which later on was refused by High Court at full hearing. Now is 2018, and nothing been changed, im still reporting every two weeks. I have not any pending application and never even apply any stay in the Uk. No one knows how long it will be when im asking in reporting centre, sometimes their answer is "you just reporting" .
Even, if i would like to apply some application to stay there is not any category for me, i been advised by solicitors i can.t apply becouse im dont meet any category im tottaly single, not partner not child. Soo.... what can i do )))
